Warder Posts:

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Physical Standards Minimum Height:

·         5 Feet 7 Inches

·         5 Feet 4-1/2 Inches in case of Dogras & Gurkhas.

·         Chest: 33 Unexpanded 31-1/2 Expanded

·         Vision: Normal in both eyes (with or without Spectacles) (must not be colour blind)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

·         Male Candidates:

·         100 Meters Run: 15 Seconds (Only one Chance)

·         Shot Put (7.26 Kg) (16 Pound): 5.50 Meters (Three Chance)

·         Rope Climbing: 15 Feet (Three Chance)

Matron Posts:

·         5 Feet 3 Inches

·         Weight: 50 Kg & Above

·         Vision: Normal in both eyes (with or without Spectacles) (must not be colour blind)
